Want to exchange an item? No problem! You always have the option of returning or exchanging items. However, in doing so certain conditions apply:
1. The following products cannot be exchanged:
Accessories, Fabrics that feature printing: POSTCODES, BIRTH DATE, Fabrics that feature printing: GLITTER or NEON.
2. Please tell us about your request for an exchange (within 14 days of the item being delivered to your home or pick-up point) by generating a return from your customer space on our website, following these steps:
> Access your customer account and select "merchandiser returns".
> Select the order containing the product(s) that you wish to return to us. Then select the product(s) to return.
> Tell us the reason for wanting to return the item(s).
> Wait for the validation of your return request, which will be sent to you by e-mail.
3. The return carriage charges back to our warehouse must be paid for by the customer.4. Carriage charges will then be invoiced to you for the exchanged item. Once you have paid for these charges, your order will be sent out to you. Bpost charges:
- Belgium: 7.50 €
- France: 11.10 €
- Switzerland: 25.70 €
- Italy: 19.00 €
- Spain: 19.30 €
5. Products must be returned without being worn, without being washed, in their original condition and without any wear or tear. If the original packaging has been damaged beyond repair, customers may use their own reinforced packaging to return the item(s).
6. Refunds are made in the form of a purchase voucher.
The normal delivery time is approximately 10 working days [unless otherwise indicated on the site] and is for information only.
We do not make deliveries to hotels or public places.

If the buyer is not present on the day of delivery, a notice indicating the passage of the deliveryman will be deposited as well as the address of the item point where the parcel will be available for 10 days.

For deliveries to collection points, an email will be sent to you when your parcel is available there. Please specify the correct email address, and also check your Spams.
If the parcel is not claimed in time at the pick-up point, it will be returned to the sender. However, the cost of returning the package to the recipient will be at the customer's expense
The "pick-up" option is free. You will be notified by e-mail when your package is ready to be picked-up. Our showroom is located in Braine l'Alleud, It is open monday to friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
The delivery is free from 75 € TTC. Shipping costs are € 7.5 including tax when the order is less than € 75 including tax.
